Welcome Creditors

On May 19, 2010 (the "Petition Date"), Westcliff Medical Laboratories, Inc. and BioLabs, Inc. (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtors are represented by Levene, Neale, Bender, Rankin & Brill, LLP. The Debtors continue to operate their businesses and manage their properties as debtors-in-possession.

On May 24, 2010 the United States Trustee appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtor’s bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102. The Committee consists of seven members; Specialty Laboratories, Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Diasorin, Inc., Qiagen, Irvine Corporate Center, LLC and Genzyme Corporation. The Committee has selected Buchalter Nemer as its counsel. Jeffrey K. Garfinkle is the principal attorney responsible for this engagement.  This website was created to assist the Committee in providing access to information to other creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
