On February 12, 2010 (the "Petition Date"), Bander Law Firm, LLP (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). David A. Gill has been appointed the Chapter 7 Trustee for this case. This website was created to assist the Trustee in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
Creditors’ meeting under 11 U.S.C. § 341(a)
The Firm’s creditors will receive a notice from the Bankruptcy Court regarding a hearing under 11 U.S.C.§ 341(a) to be held on March 18, 2010 at 1:00 p.m., in the Golden State Room of the Wilshire Grand Hotel at 930 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California. At that hearing representatives of the Debtor will be present to testify under oath pursuant to law.
