On March 10, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. and 49 of its subsidiaries (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Fourth Amended Plan was confirmed on August 6, 2010. The SltnTrst LLC was selected to serve as Liquidating Trustee.
