Creditor Mailing Matrix

OMNI will work with the Debtor to compile an aggregate listing of all creditors in order to submit a comprehensive Master Mailing Matrix to the Court. OMNI will utilize the latest technology to efficiently accomplish this task. The process of converting and formatting raw data from the client can be accomplished quickly and accurately with our system.

Our experienced team will provide the following:

• Work with the Debtor to compile aggregate listings of all known and potential creditors.

• Convert the listings into a standard format. Categorize creditors to accommodate future noticing of specific groups of creditors (e.g., landlords, utilities, taxing agencies, litigation).

• Produce the Master Mailing Matrix in the format required by the District in which the case is filed.
