As a court-appointed Disbursing Agent, OMNI’s Disburse Manager
System handles the distribution resulting from your Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. This system is capable of handling mass distributions for Class Action suits and related matters.

• All funds pending distribution are placed in interest-bearing accounts.

• Detailed schedules of the proposed distributions are prepared for approval by the client and their professionals.

• All Disbursing Agent accounts are reconciled monthly or more frequently, as needed .
