To ensure a successful Chapter 11 filing, long-term planning and strictest confidentiality are essential. We meet with the team you designate to review issues related to operating in Chapter 11 and help develop a comprehensive plan to handle these issues, such as:

• Manage human resource, vendor and customer relations and treatment of various taxing authorities.

• Analyze cash management system, establish new bank accounts and, as needed, arrange for the issuance of cashier's checks prior to filing.

• Assist with the preparation of projected cash flow statements.
