- Comprehensive voter classification reports for review and approval by parties before
ballots are distributed to ensure each creditor receives the correct solicitation
package.
- Assist with ballot design to ensure optimal tabulation accuracy and efficiency.
All ballots are serialized for complete traceability back to the original claim.
- Coordinate the printing and distribution of ballots, notices and Disclosure Statement/Plan
booklets to creditors as outlined in the voting procedures.
- Comprehensive balloting audit reports that show how each creditor's class and voting
amount was determined, how the creditor voted and how the validity or invalidity
of the vote was determined.
- Tabulation reports are customized to your (and the court's) requirements. We provide
all necessary certifications.
- Balloting via the Internet available upon court approval.
