This is the CORINTHIAN DISTRIBUTION TRUST Official Information Website

The STUDENT TRUST Website can be viewed here.

This website has information related to the Corinthian Distribution Trust, established pursuant to the Plan of Liquidation of Corinthian Colleges, Inc. and its affiliates.

Corinthian Colleges, Inc. and certain of its affiliates (collectively the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on May 4, 2015.   On August 28, 2015, the United States Bankruptcy Court confirmed the Debtors’ Third Amended and Modified Combined Disclosure Statement and Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation.  In accordance with the Plan, the Corinthian Distribution Trust was established and Craig R. Jalbert was appointed as Distribution Trustee.  The Trustee’s role is to oversee the administration, protection, preservation and liquidation of the Aggregate Trust Assets and to distribute the proceeds therefrom to the Trust beneficiaries.

The Trustee maintains this website to serve as a vehicle to streamline and simplify information for the benefit of unsecured creditors and Trust beneficiaries.  We encourage all creditors and beneficiaries to visit the website from time to time for information related to ongoing matters.  The website contains key Plan Documents, periodic communications from the Trustee, and contact information from the attorneys for the Trust.
