On February 18, 2011 (the "Petition Date"), Robb & Stucky Limited LLLP (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtor is represented by Berger Singerman P.A. The Debtor continues to operate its business and manage its property as a debtor-in-possession.

On February 25, 2011, the United States Trustee appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtor's bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Committee consists of seven members: Turnberry Associates, Woodard-CM, LLC, Marge Carson, Inc., E. J. Victor, Inc., Ryder Truck Rental, Inc., Hancock & Moore, Inc., and Lexington Home Brands. The Committee has selected the Cooley LLP and Broad and Cassel law firms as its counsels. Cathy Hershcopf and Jeffrey L. Cohen are the principal attorneys responsible for this engagement. This website was created to assist the Committee in providing information to creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
