On February 21, 2013 (the "Petition Date"), Banah International Group, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor continues to operate its business and manage its property as a debtor-in-possession. This website was created to assist the Debtor in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
