Welcome Creditors

 On March 15, 2011 (the "Petition Date"), West End Financial Advisors LLC and fifteen of its subsidiaries (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtors are represented by Robinson Brog Leinwand Greene Genovese & Gluck, P.C. The Debtors continue to operate their businesses and manage their properties as debtors-in-possession.

On January 27, 2012, the United States Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ Third Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation (the “Plan”). On March 30, 2012, the Plan was declared “effective” and became operative in accordance with its terms and the terms of Post-Confirmation Estate Agreement, which is a Trust Agreement governing distributions under the Plan. This website, which was originally created by the Unsecured Creditor’s Committee, has been taken over by the Plan Administrator as a vehicle to communicate with the creditors of the Debtors.
