Welcome Woodbridge Noteholders

Recent Updates:

9/29/18: Noteholder Information Conference Call Replay: Informational conference calls addressing the Plan, balloting and Q&A were held on September 26, 27 and 28. Our thanks to those who participated – over 2,200 noteholders in total. A replay is available here: http://cases.gardencitygroup.com/wgc/#calls.

9/20/18: Update for voting by IRA / 401k / Custodial account noteholders:
Noteholders have seen delays in receiving ballots from custodians. Some delay is normal, as custodians received ballot packages the week of September 10, 2018. Noteholders concerned about being able to meet the October 8, 2018 ballot deadline, and whose notes are held in an IRA, 401k or other custodial account, may mail their ballots in directly, rather than having to mail ballots to their custodian for mailing in. Noteholders who have not received their ballot may request a replacement by emailing WGCInfo@choosegcg.com.

9/17/18: Informational conference calls for all Noteholder victims being held on September 26, 27 and 28 – see the Notice of Investor Conference Calls About Woodbridge Bankruptcy Cases and Plan Voting Process

Attention All Noteholder Victims: Please Vote YES on the Chapter 11 plan mailed to you the week of September 10, 2018.

Please see the Open Letter to Woodbridge Noteholders page of this website for an important message from the Noteholder Group recommending that all noteholders vote YES and return their completed Ballots by mail to ACCEPT the proposed Chapter 11 Plan. The Plan is the result of extensive negotiations between the Noteholder Group, the Unitholder Group, the Creditors’ Committee, and the Woodbridge Debtors (under their new, independent management).

The Ad Hoc Noteholder Group is the court-appointed fiduciary body representing the interests of noteholders in the jointly-administered chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Woodbridge Group of Companies LLC and certain affiliates.
